About Little Sleep Wonders

Who We Are. What We Do.
Personalized Pediatric Sleep Coaching
My name is Tara O'Connor, and I am the founder of Little Sleep Wonders. I am dedicated to helping families with sleep challenges. Although I am not a mother yet, I am an aunt, which is my favorite title and my niece and nephews are my world. I have worked with children since I was 12 years old. Most of my jobs have included working with children in some way. I have a sleep disorder that took me 20 years to get diagnosed and because I had symptoms since a young child, I had sleep issues since then as well. I know first hand what sleep deprivation is like and I became a pediatric sleep coach to help families get the sleep they deserve and need. I am passionate about sleep education and look forward to helping you with this journey!
At Little Sleep Wonders LLC, we believe every family deserves the gift of restful, rejuvenating sleep. As a pediatric sleep coach and lifelong sleep advocate, I know the impact of sleep on our well-being. Living with a sleep disorder and dedicating years to studying sleep—both personally and professionally—has given me a unique insight and passion for finding effective solutions. My mission is to support families in creating customized sleep routines that truly work for them, bringing peace, rest, and balance to their lives. Let's work together to unlock the power of sleep for your family’s health and happiness.
Our Approach
What is Our Association Fading™?
As we entered the world of pediatric sleep, from the perspective of moms, we found so many limiting beliefs.
"You must leave your room if you want your child to learn independent sleep."
"You should expect up to 90 minutes of crying on average and two weeks to see results."
"You must trade in time for tears when sleep training."
We knew there had to be another way where you could stay in the room, stay entirely responsive for your child, minimize your tears, and still see results within three nights. Since then, we developed Association Fading™, a program utilizing natural, unique sleep patterns to naturally help a child fall asleep faster with a developmentally appropriate approach, where you stay in the room, responsive to coach your child the whole way through.
